Cancellation Policy

Once we receive a booking confirmation, we hold a space in our calendar for the booking date and prepare the boat and equipment for the fishing trip. Although we understand that uncontrollable situations may happen, we encourage our clients to contact us as soon as they know they will not be able to partake in the trip.

Charters must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the booked date so they can receive a full refund; 24 hours cancellations are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund. Same goes for last minute no shows, these will be charged in full for the price of the charter.

If the weather is unsafe, a full refund will be made or we can reschedule the trip. However, weather decisions are made by the captain alone, since forecasts are not always accurate.
